NPS4053負(fù)載開(kāi)關(guān)評(píng)估板
NPS4053評(píng)估板是專(zhuān)為Nexperia負(fù)載開(kāi)關(guān)系列設(shè)計(jì)的專(zhuān)用PCB。PCB上有GND、VIN、VOUT、FLG和EN測(cè)試點(diǎn)，便于連接示波器探頭。其設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了用戶友好性，簡(jiǎn)化了負(fù)載開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的測(cè)試和分析過(guò)程，如RON和平滑接通測(cè)量。

主要特性和優(yōu)勢(shì)
- 輸入電壓可由測(cè)試點(diǎn)提供，VIN范圍為2.5 V至5.5 V。
- 去耦電容連接到評(píng)估板輸入端的VIN，靠近負(fù)載開(kāi)關(guān)IC。輸出端與此類(lèi)似。
- 需要準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量輸入或輸出時(shí)會(huì)使用VIN_Sense和VOUT_Sense。測(cè)量VIN至VOUT的壓降時(shí)，會(huì)使用這些開(kāi)爾文源極連接進(jìn)行RON測(cè)量。
