恩智浦FS23功能安全
在汽車電動(dòng)泵、暖通空調(diào)(HVAC)以及傳動(dòng)和變速器系統(tǒng)中，恩智浦參考設(shè)計(jì)利用其FS23系列汽車安全SBC以符合ASIL B的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為通用車身控制應(yīng)用提供支持。設(shè)計(jì)中包含來(lái)自Nexperia的一系列ESD保護(hù)、邏輯和二極管器件。
