Xuezheng Zhang (Wing) - 首席執(zhí)行官
張學(xué)政(Wing)自2020年3月起開始擔(dān)任Nexperia首席執(zhí)行官。他負責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)公司的高級管理團隊，指引公司發(fā)展并保持公司的市場領(lǐng)先地位。在加入Nexperia前，他于2006年創(chuàng)立了聞泰科技公司，并擔(dān)任公司董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官。成為企業(yè)家之前，他曾就職于STMicroelectronics等公司，并在科技行業(yè)取得了出色的職業(yè)成就。他擁有廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)工業(yè)工程學(xué)士學(xué)位、清華大學(xué)EMBA學(xué)位以及清華大學(xué)與日內(nèi)瓦大學(xué)聯(lián)合頒發(fā)的金融學(xué)博士學(xué)位。目前，他的辦公地點位于荷蘭。

Andrea Tranchida – Chief Commercial Officer
Andrea is Nexperia’s Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving Nexperia’s top line and demand creation. Prior to this role, he served as vice president of the Americas Sales and Marketing organization. Andrea accounts over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Before joining Nexperia, Andrea worked at STMicroelectronics in various leadership roles, mostly related to Power and WBG Devices. He holds a BSc in Communication Technologies from University of Ferrara and an MBA from Baylor University, TX.

張鵬崗 - 全球銷售及營銷資深副總裁兼中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理
張鵬崗現(xiàn)任Nexperia銷售及營銷資深副總裁(SVP)及中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理。他擁有20年以上的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)驗，其中在半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)任職了15年以上。加入Nexperia前，張鵬崗曾擔(dān)任大唐恩智浦半導(dǎo)體有限公司的首席執(zhí)行官，期間，他在設(shè)計合資公司的框架方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。張鵬崗擁有清華大學(xué)和卡爾加里大學(xué)的電子工程學(xué)士學(xué)位和碩士學(xué)位，此外，他還擁有EMBA學(xué)位。

Philipp是Nexperia雙極離散器件事業(yè)部的負責(zé)人。Philipp于2014年加入NXP，擔(dān)任標(biāo)準產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品營銷經(jīng)理。在過去的10年中，他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過營銷、商業(yè)和供應(yīng)鏈管理的各種團隊和項目。直到2024年，Philipp一直領(lǐng)導(dǎo)著小信號離散器件產(chǎn)品組，該產(chǎn)品組在過去幾年中實現(xiàn)了營收和市場份額的新高。Philipp擁有德國呂訥堡大學(xué)的工商管理學(xué)士學(xué)位。

Irene Deng是Nexperia的功率和信號轉(zhuǎn)換業(yè)務(wù)部門總經(jīng)理。她在半導(dǎo)體模擬IC產(chǎn)業(yè)擁有20多年研發(fā)及建設(shè)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及拓展全球業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗。作為德州儀器中國研發(fā)中心的前總經(jīng)理和創(chuàng)始成員之一，Irene在射頻、電源和信號鏈模擬IC方面擁有豐富的專業(yè)知識。Irene擁有南京大學(xué)的電子工程學(xué)士學(xué)位和愛荷華州立大學(xué)的電子工程碩士學(xué)位。

Edoardo Merli - BG Leader Wide Band Gap, IGBT & Modules
Edoardo Merli is Nexperia’s BG Leader for Wide Band Gap, IGBT & Modules. He is a highly accomplished executive with 30+ years in high-tech and automotive industries. He brings a solid experience on semiconductors, both in automotive and industrial/consumer domains. Before joining Nexperia, he was Executive VP and GM of Power Transistor SubGroup in STMicroelectronics. His previous assignments included automotive processors and infotainment, communications, RF and -the latest one- Power Technologies. Edoardo holds a BA in Engineering (B. Eng.), Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Bologna in Italy.
