40 V, 0.2 A low VF Schottky barrier rectifier
Planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD882D (DFN1006D-2) leadless ultra small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with visible and solderable side pads.
Features and benefits
Average forward current: IF(AV) ≤ 0.2 A
Reverse voltage: VR ≤ 60 V
Low forward voltage: VF ≤ 600 mV
Solderable side pads
Package height typ. 0.37 mm
Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
